DALTEX UVR Resin is a solvent-free, two-part aliphatic polyurethane kit developed specifically for creating high-quality UV-resistant resin-bound surfaces.

DALTEX UVR Resin is perfect for a variety of residential or commercial resin bound systems, including private driveways, paths and patios, as well as public car parks, forecourts or walkways.

DALTEX UVR Resin - 7.5kg: Recommended Mix Design

Our recommended mix design for the 7.5kg kit is:

• 75kgs 2-5mm
• 25kgs 1-3mm
• 6.25kgs of sand

Total 106.25kgs

% resin 7.06% - Coverage approximately 4.0m2 at 15mm and 3.55m2 at 18mm.

DALTEX Installation Guidance

Catalyst

We recommend the use of an accelerator/catalyst to ensure even, consistent curing at temperatures below 15°C. 

Installation Should Not Proceed If: 

• The relative humidity is outside the range of 30%-85%.
  
  
• The surface temperature is less than 3 degrees above the dew point of the measured air temperature and relative humidity.
  
  
• The operating temperature and road surface temperature and/or air temperature are outside the range of 10 degrees to 30 degrees.
