Important Customer Update Regarding Coronavirus

Like everyone, we are closely watching daily developments. Based on expert advice, it appears social distancing helps limit overall community spread and safeguards, as much as possible, the most vulnerable amongst us. We have therefore taken the responsible decision to protect our business, employees and their families by allowing anyone who can work from home to do so.

Business will continue very much as normal  but in the short term, you may experience longer wait times on the phones. In the unlikely event of this happening, we have just sent out an email to customers listing alternative telephone numbers where our staff can be contacted directly.

All contact by email remains unaffected – and, of course, online ordering remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website.

If you have not received your email, please check in your spam/junk folder. For obvious reasons we do not wish to publish mobile numbers publicly, so if you are unable to locate it, please email tom@derbyaggs who will resend details to you.

If a delivery is being made to a premises where someone is self-isolating please mention this in your delivery instructions or let us know when ordering. This won't impact your delivery in any way and is a safety precaution to prevent delivery drivers having unnecessary contact.
