About Excel Delivery

DELIVERY ON TIME OR YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES BACK!

Upgrade you delivery from standard to the Excel Delivery service for extra guarantee and peace of mind. Available as economy or next day with timed and AM options. This money back guarantee is exclusively available for deliveries from Derbyshire Specialist Aggregates.

ECONOMY EXCEL SERVICE.

48 Hour Service: £75.00 per pallet.

For example if you order before 1pm on a Monday, for a delivery on Wednesday. If you do not receive the delivery on the Wednesday you will be given a full refund of the delivery charges.

NEXT DAY EXCEL SERVICE

Next Day Service: £85.00 per pallet.

For example, if you order before 1pm on Monday for a delivery on Tuesday, if you do not recieve the delivery on the day then you will be given a full refund of the delivery charges.

TIMED EXCEL SERVICE

11am Service: Additional £25 per consignment.

For example, order for the delivery to arrive between 9 am and 11 am. If the delivery arrives between 11am and 12 noon then the additional consignment charge will be refunded, if the delivery arrives after 12 noon then the full delivery refund will be given.

AM EXCEL SERVICE

Pre-12 Noon Service: Additional £20 per consignment.

Order for delivery before 12 noon, if the order arrives between 12 noon and 1pm then the additional consignment charge will be refunded. If the delivery arrives after 1pm, then the full delivery charges will be refunded.

The standard delivery service charge of £55 per pallet remains the same.
