Introducing our Unique Excel Delivery Service!!

Not everything is life is guaranteed, with our Excel delivery service it's as good as - or your money back!

At Derbyshire Aggregates we understand the frustrations our customers face whilst waiting for deliveries to arrive on site, it can mean delays, additional labour costs and the inconvenience of waiting around on site to start.

So what’s available?

All the service offerings you have been used to, i.e Economy, Next day service, Am Delivery and 10am delivery

THE DIFFERENCE IS... 

If you Upgrade and book any of the above on our EXCEL delivery and the delivery fails*, you will get the money back that you have paid for the delivery.

*Below is the full criteria for the service and the terms and conditions. 

Economy Excel Service - 48 hour service, £75.00 per pallet

Example: order before 1pm on Monday and receive your delivery on Wednesday. If not delivered on the day - Full Delivery Refund Given.

Next Day Excel Service - Next Day Service - £85 per pallet

Example: Order pre 1pm on Monday and receive delivery on Tuesday, if not delivered on the day  - Full Delivery Refund Given.

Timed Excel Service - 10am Service - Extra £25.00 per consignment.

Example Delivery required between 9am and 11am.

If delivered between 11am and 12 noon - then additional charge will be refunded. If delivered after 12 noon, then Full Delivery Refund Given.

AM Excel Service - Pre-12noon service - Extra £20 per consignment.

If delivered between 12noon and 1pm, then Additional Charge will be refunded.

If delivered after 1pm - Full Delivery Refund Given.

Standard service charges £55 per pallet and additional charges remain the same.
