DALTEX BASE Aggregates - Maximise compression, strength and stability

NEW DALTEX Base is specially designed to create a stable base for resin bound surfaces that is strong, flexible and durable.  Daltex Base Aggregates are specially selected and screened:

✔ Angular aggregates interlock and knit together for added compression

✔ Clean and easy compaction for a smooth, consistent finish

✔ 30mm installation depth for stability

The NEW DALTEX BASE System features a BIGGER MIX SIZE - combining 6.25kg of resin with 5 bags of stone - delivering a superior 5% resin-to-stone ratio and greater coverage per mix.

Increased Coverage per Mix:

This independently tested 5% resin to stone formulation provides significantly improved strength and flexibility compared to 4% and 4.5% resin-to-stone ratios while also increasing coverage per mix, and reducing mixing time on site by reducing the total number of Base mixes required.

• DALTEX BASE Aggregates – 30mm depth

• DALTEX Non-UV Resin - 5% stone/resin ratio giving increased strength and flexibility

• SRM (Structural Reinforcement Mesh) - for increased flexibility

• Capping Layer

• MOT Type 3 sub-base
